METiS Technologies launches world's first AI-driven nanodelivery platform NanoForge

On September 16th, at the Zhongguancun (Daxing) Cell & Gene Therapy Industrial Park, METiS Technologies, a pioneer in AI-driven nanodelivery innovation, officially launched NanoForge, the world's first independently developed AI nanodelivery platform. The company's core team shared on-site the platform's innovative breakthroughs and application practices.


NanoForge, as the world's first AI-driven nanodelivery platform,  is built on quantum chemistry and molecular dynamics simulations. It integrates a self-developed patented high-throughput wet experiment and screening platform, a novel synthetic lipid language model and generation algorithm, as well as the world's largest-scale lipid nanoparticle (LNP) library with tens of millions of candidates.


The platform enables a full-process closed loop—from molecule generation, property prediction, and AI-guided wet/dry experiment iteration to lipid formulation optimization and final dosage form confirmation. Additionally, it can continuously expand its data barrier through ongoing learning.


As of now, METiS Technologies has accumulated over 10 million lipid structures and 100,000 model training data points. It has achieved a breakthrough in targeted LNP delivery to 8 identified organs or tissues, including the liver and lungs. The company has secured more than 100 granted and filed patents, while concurrently advancing over 10 pipeline projects—having generated 7 preclinical candidates and moved 4 projects into the clinical stage.
