  GenScript Biotech(01548) announced that Legend Biotech has entered into an exclusive global licensing agreement with Novartis. Legend Biotech Corporation (a non-wholly owned subsidiary of the company, whose shares are listed on the Nasdaq Global Select Market in the United States in the form of American Depositary Shares) announced that on January 3, 2024 (New York time), Legend completed the licensing agreement with Novartis. The agreement pertains to certain delta-like ligand protein 3 (DLL3)-targeted chimeric antigen receptor T-cell (CAR-T) therapies developed by Legend, including its existing autologous CAR-T cell therapy candidate "LB2102". According to the licensing agreement, Legend received an upfront cash payment of $100 million.
