Illumina and Janssen Collaborate to Advance MRD Detection in Solid Tumors Using Whole-Genome Sequencing

Illumina, Inc. (Illumina) is a global leader in DNA sequencing and array technology, today announcing an agreement with Janssen Research & Development, LLC (Janssen). This collaboration marks the first partnership for Illumina's novel Molecular Residual Disease (MRD) detection, a whole-genome sequencing (WGS) multi-cancer research solution that detects circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) to better understand disease persistence or recurrence following clinical intervention.
