# Case Summary

The patient is a 63-year-old male who presented to a local hospital with recurrent chest pain on exertion for 6 years, worsening over 3 days. He was diagnosed with triple-vessel coronary artery disease and was referred for further treatment.ComeAerospace Center HospitalMedical consultation.

# Surgical Plan

After clinical evaluation, it was recommended that the patient opt for coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG). # Surgical Procedure
