New Opening: Signed a strategic cooperation agreement with HuaDao CAR-Tcell. HuaDao CAR-Tcell will guide Shanghai New Opening to build a CAR-T cell drug research and development incubator in accordance with the GMP production requirements for cell drugs, providing cell drug transformation services for CAR-T cell drug research and development enterprises or scientists; HuaDao CAR-Tcell agrees to give priority to entrusting Shanghai New Opening with the exclusive sales rights of HD CD19 CAR-T drugs in Shanxi, Henan, Hubei, and Hunan provinces under the same conditions of exclusive sales rights authorization fees.
