Shanghai NewOrigin Precision Medical Enters Strategic CAR-T Collaboration with Huadao Biopharma

Boai NKY Medical Holdings Ltd. (300109.SZ) announced that its subsidiary, Shanghai NKY Precision Medicine Co., Ltd. ("Shanghai NKY"), and HuaDao CAR-Tcell ("HuaDao Bio") recently signed a Strategic Cooperation Agreement.

The agreement stipulates that HuaDao CAR-Tcell will guide Boai NKY Medical Holdings Ltd. in constructing a CAR-T cell drug R&D incubator in accordance with the GMP production requirements for cell drugs, providing cell drug transformation services to CAR-T cell drug R&D enterprises (excluding those directly competing with HuaDao CAR-Tcell) or scientists (excluding HuaDao CAR-Tcell's self-developed drug varieties). HuaDao CAR-Tcell agrees to grant Boai NKY Medical Holdings Ltd. the exclusive sales rights for the HD CD19 CAR-T drug in the four provinces of Shanxi, Henan, Hubei, and Hunan, under the condition of equal exclusive sales authorization fees. For the anti-aging CAR-T products developed by HuaDao CAR-Tcell, Boai NKY Medical Holdings Ltd. has the priority for market sales rights under the condition of equal authorization fees.

It is reported that the signing of this agreement will help the company further leverage its channel advantages and increase its market share.
