Successfully established various large animal models of diseases, especially skilled in preparing NHP neurological disease models, including Parkinson's disease models, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis models, Alzheimer's disease models, spinal cord injury models, stroke models, etc., and has provided model development and efficacy services for multiple CNS drug research and development enterprises. Xu Lingli is responsible for the overall solutions and market promotion of biopharmaceuticals and cell and gene therapy in Danaher's Life Sciences division. She joined Danaher in 2012 and has since worked at Beckman Coulter and SCIEX, engaging in technical support and marketing related to capillary electrophoresis and capillary electrophoresis genetic analyzers. She is familiar with molecular biology and protein detection technologies, as well as their applications in characterization, quality control, and clinical testing for biopharmaceuticals and cell and gene therapies.
Has assisted multiple institutions, such as Shanghai Huadong Hospital, Beijing Children's Hospital, Hebei Children's Hospital, and the National CDC Virus Institute, in establishing multiplex gene detection methods based on capillary electrophoresis genetic analyzers. Examples include HPV genotyping, CYP2C19 SNP, and leukemia gene typing, among other testing projects. Has co-authored and helped publish several SCI articles based on capillary electrophoresis genetic analyzers. Led and participated in the development of multiple standard methods for capillary electrophoresis, such as the method for plasmid topology analysis in collaboration with the Cell Room of the National Institutes for Food and Drug Control (this method has been published in two articles, approved by the Pharmacopoeia Commission, and will be announced soon). Also collaborated with the Shanghai Institute of Metrology on the establishment of standards like the calibration specifications for capillary electrophoresis.
