On December 7, 2023, AbbVie announced that it would acquire Cerevel Therapeutics, a CNS company, for $8.7 billion.Cerevel was spun off from Pfizer's CNS division.Arrived in October 2018, by Pfizer and Bain Capital.Co-founded.
