This has led to an increase in the construction workload of the project. Additionally, the project is involved in a construction engineering contract dispute that has not yet been resolved, causing a slight delay in the project reaching its intended usable state and the scheduled fund payment date.
Based on the principle of prudence and considering the actual progress and fund utilization of the current fundraising investment projects, while keeping the implementation entity, total investment amount, and fund usage unchanged, the company has decided to adjust the scheduled completion date for the fundraising project "Production and Construction Project of Geriatric and Postpartum Rehabilitation Medical Equipment" to April 2024.
