Bayer's Aflibercept 8mg NDA Accepted in China for Neovascular Age-Related Macular Degeneration

On January 25, according to Bayer China's official WeChat account, Bayer announced that the Center for Drug Evaluation of the National Medical Products Administration has accepted the marketing application for aflibercept 8mg for the treatment of neovascular (wet) age-related macular degeneration (nAMD). Chinese regulatory authorities are currently reviewing the research data.
