Not long ago, after the National Health Work Conference was held in Beijing, the construction of a tiered medical treatment system in each province of China is also focusing on progress. At the same time, the infrastructure for healthcare in counties and at the grassroots level across China is being improved. For numerous inpatients in secondary and tertiary hospitals, as well as outpatient, emergency, ICU/NICU, and physical examination scenarios for users in vast grassroots areas, flexible and intelligently convenient mobile X-ray machines are widely used as essential medical equipment.
Today, the intelligent mobile X-ray machine "AMX Explorer Pro" (hereinafter referred to as "Explorer"), which rolled off the production line at GE Healthcare's Beijing facility, is an innovative product developed in response to such demand. It is a significant milestone in the ecological development history of GE Healthcare's "Innovation Center," one of the latest achievements of Beijing Innovation Center focusing on the collaborative supply chain co-creation model, and another breakthrough under the implementation of GE Healthcare China’s strategy of “Comprehensive Localization, Boundaryless Innovation, and Win-Win Cooperation.”。

One of the biggest features of bedside equipment is that "the device comes to the person." The compact and flexible design of the "Explorer" with its narrow body and ease of use is one of its core features. For example, inpatients can undergo X-ray examinations at the bedside, assisting doctors in rapid diagnosis and decision-making for timely treatment. The core imaging chain of the "Explorer" adopts 100-micron 17x17 inch high-definition wireless flat-panel detector technology, providing clinical settings with clearer and more precise imaging information.
"Explorer" also has more intelligent applications, helping the majority of grassroots medical workers to quickly get started, improve work efficiency, and reduce missed diagnoses. For example, equipped with a bone age intelligent application, the diagnosis time for bone age can be reduced from half an hour to less than 10 seconds, improving efficiency. The "Explorer" is further powered by high-performance new energy batteries that provide long-lasting endurance, completely eliminating concerns about power supply and enhancing the quality of medical services and equipment user experience.

As the Year of the Dragon approaches, "Explorer" is one of the latest co-creation achievements of GE Healthcare's Beijing Innovation Center at the application level, and also a "New Year gift" from GE Healthcare Innovation Center for the Year of the Dragon. The Innovation Center is an integrated platform jointly established by GE Healthcare and its partners to accelerate the commercialization of innovations. It represents a significant initiative in the deep advancement of GE Healthcare's China strategy, which focuses on "comprehensive localization, boundaryless innovation, and win-win cooperation."!

Currently, the GE Healthcare Innovation Center ecosystem has brought in over 40 partners. Specifically in artificial intelligence, more than 30 collaborative digital products have been put into clinical use. The initiative continues to focus on four key areas: "original innovation in China and globally," "integration of digital and physical technologies," "industry-academia-research-application collaboration," and "innovation incubation." These efforts aim to accelerate the construction of a localized medical innovation ecosystem and promote the "mutual advancement" of digital technology and clinical applications.
