Beijing News (Reporter Zhang Xiulan) On January 26, BojiMed announced that it had accepted a commission from VIVAVISION to provide Contract Research Organization (CRO) services for the clinical trial of "VVN001 Eye Drops." The total contract amount is 53.5713 million yuan.
VVN001 Eye Drops is a Class 1.1 new chemical drug. The contract content involves a multicenter Phase III clinical trial studying the safety and efficacy of VVN001 Eye Drops in treating dry eye disease in the Chinese population. BojiMed will be responsible for the overall operation of this clinical trial project.
The two parties have also cooperated before. In 2023, VIVAVISION signed a clinical trial project contract for "VVN461 Eye Drops" with Shanghai Famas Biomedical Technology Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of BojiMed, with a contract amount of 2.8245 million yuan; it also signed a bio-sample analysis project contract with Suzhou Xuhui Testing Co., Ltd., a holding subsidiary of BojiMed, with a contract amount of 4,000 yuan.
