CAR-NK Cell Therapy Drug Developer
January 26,CDEOfficially reported, Imbioray's submission of the IBR822 Cell Injection clinical trial has been accepted.。

IBR822 Cell Injection is an antibody-NK cell conjugate drug.A class of non-viral, non-genetically modified antibody-NK conjugate drugs (Trop2 CAR-raNK) that specifically target the Trop2 antigen and possess tumor cell-killing ability, created by chemically conjugating full-length monoclonal antibodies targeting human Trop2 antigen with NK cells derived from in vitro expanded allogeneic peripheral blood of healthy donors via a linker.
This product has the following characteristics:
1) Ordinary NK cells non-specifically recognize target cells, while this product has stronger targeting ability. It can specifically target tumor cells with the Trop2 antigen through the anti-Trop2 monoclonal antibody and exert cytotoxic effects on tumor cells via five major mechanisms of NK cells: "direct lysis of target cells," "cytokine secretion," "induction of apoptosis," "ADCC," and "immune checkpoint pathways."
2) IBR822 has excellent specific target recognition and binding ability, maximizing the killing effect on target cells in clinical applications while minimizing off-target toxicity.
3) This product consists of NK cells specifically targeting tumor antigens without genetic modification, which can avoid the risk of insertional mutagenesis caused by viral/non-viral vector integration, offering superior safety.
IBR822 NK Cell Injection Offers New Hope for Patients with Triple-Negative Breast Cancer, Colorectal Cancer, Esophageal Cancer and Other Solid Tumors.
