Recently,Abogen's mRNA cancer drug ABO2011 injection IND accepted for review.Previously, in June 2023, ABO2011 injection had already received implied permission for clinical trials, with the indication being advanced solid tumors that have progressed or metastasized after systemic standard treatment. This application is for a new indication.

Abogen is committed to applying its independently developed internationally patented mRNA platform technology to the exploration of innovative therapies in the field of tumor immunology, offering new hope for more patients through a novel drug design approach.In addition to DEV-2011, the pharmacokinetic and toxicological studies of its mRNA product DEV-2009 for treating cervical cancer are about to be completed. Moreover,Abogen Biosciences Raises Over $1.1 Billion in Cumulative FinancingIn October 2020, Abogen completed a 150 million yuan Series A financing round. In April 2021, it completed a 600 million yuan Series B financing round. In August 2021, it completed a 720 million US dollar Series C financing round. In November 2021, it completed a 300 million US dollar Series C+ financing round, with investments from several well-known venture capital firms.
