Danaher China President Peng Yang Honored with 'Hongqiao Friendship Award' for Contributions to Regional Development and Life Sciences Innovation

On January 31, the awarding ceremony of the 2nd Changning District "Hongqiao Friendship Award" and the换届大会 of the "Hongqiao Friendship Alliance" were held.

Danaher Global Vice President and China Group President Peng Yang Awarded "Hongqiao Friendship Award" and Appointed as Core Member of Changning District "Hongqiao Friendship Alliance" in Recognition of His Contributions as Head of a Multinational Regional Headquarters in China to the Economic Development, Social Progress, and International Exchange of Changning District.

Hou Jijun, Deputy Secretary of the Changning District Committee and District Governor of Shanghai, Liu Guangyong, Deputy Director of the Shanghai Municipal Government Foreign Affairs Office, Bai Xueru, Pan Guoli, Weng Huajian, Song Jiahe, Zhu Hui, and other leaders from Changning District attended the event.

In 2023, Danaher, as the leading enterprise in the life and health industry chain, joined hands with the Changning District Government to host the "Danaher Day - Life Science Innovation and Development Summit." It supported Changning District in building a demonstration zone for innovation and development of the life and health industry in the Yangtze River Delta.
