On September 11, GenFleet Therapeutics (2595.HK) released its global offering document, with CITIC Securities acting as the sole sponsor. The offering price is HK$20.39 per share, with a total of 77.6 million shares available globally. The market capitalization at issuance is approximately HK$6.38 billion, raising about HK$1.582 billion through the offering, with net proceeds expected to be approximately HK$1.443 billion. GenFleet Therapeutics will be officially listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on the morning of September 19. In 2024, sales revenue of RMB 14.7 million was generated from supplying GFH925 to Innovent Biologics.


GenFleet's core pipeline includes the KRAS G12C inhibitor GFH925 (also known as fulzerasib, brand name Dupert®), the KRAS G12D inhibitor GFH375, and the pan-Ras molecular glue inhibitor GFH276. Other targets involve leading FAScon candidate drugs (GFS784), which consist of an antibody that blocks EGFR (a cell surface receptor upstream of the RAS signaling pathway) and a small-molecule pan-RAS inhibitor; the RIPK1 inhibitor GFH312; the CDK9 inhibitor GFH009; the TGF-βR1 small-molecule inhibitor GFH018; and the GDF15/IL-6 bispecific antibody GFS202A.

GenFleet's anchor investors subscribed for USD 100 million (38.234 million shares), including RTW (USD 15 million), TruMed (USD 12.5 million), OrbiMed (USD 12.5 million), UBS Asset Management (USD 10 million), V-Vivo Capital (USD 10 million), China Universal Asset Management (USD 10 million), Fullgoal Fund (USD 10 million), CITIC Securities International (USD 10 million), and Lake Bleu Capital (USD 10 million).
