Records from the Florida court show that the two institutions have agreed to stop using Novo Nordisk's trademark to sell compounded semaglutide, the active ingredient in Novo Nordisk's branded drugs. They have also agreed to clearly disclose within 12 months that the compounded drugs have not been approved by regulatory authorities for safety, efficacy, or quality, while FDA-approved versions are available on the market.
