Recently, RaysightMed officially announced the successful completion of its nearly RMB 100 million Series D financing round. This round was jointly facilitated by state-owned capital investment platforms at both the municipal and district levels in Guangzhou, led by Guangzhou Biopharma and Health Industry Investment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Guangzhou Health Industry Investment") and followed by Guangzhou Yuefu Fund Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Yuefu Fund"), with the successful closing in Yuexiu District, Guangzhou. 

The completion of this financing represents a strong endorsement by industrial investment funds of RaysightMed's core technology, industrial value, and commercialization progress, and will inject strong momentum into the company's overall pipeline development, rapid business growth, and overseas market expansion. At the same time, through this financing round, RaysightMed will deepen its forward-looking development of an AI-driven vascular interventional surgical robot system, build an AI-plus-robot integrated diagnostic and therapeutic platform, seize the future track of minimally invasive and precision interventions, and establish solid dual barriers in technology and commercialization.
