Illumina Appoints Lei Zheng as Senior Vice President and General Manager for Greater China

Ms. Zheng Lei has over 25 years of extensive experience in the global healthcare and pharmaceutical fields. Before joining Illumina, she served as the Chairman and President of Xi'an Janssen Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. During her tenure in various management roles at Xi'an Janssen, Ms. Zheng led teams across multiple markets in Asia to achieve double-digit performance growth for several consecutive years and successfully drove the implementation and operation of several key strategic projects. At the same time, she focused on promoting an innovation-driven development strategy, accelerating the access and availability of innovative drugs, and successfully built a high-performing, diverse, inclusive, and mission-driven management team.
