Ltd. and/or its affiliates will authorize the company and/or its affiliates to exclusively conduct commercial cooperation within the agreed cooperation area and channels, including but not limited to distribution, sales, promotion, etc.


Fecal Microbiota Transplantation (FMT) refers to encapsulating lyophilized fecal microbiota powder or fecal microbiota granules into capsules for oral administration into the human intestine, or transplanting fecal microbiota isolated from the stool of healthy individuals into the intestine through methods such as nasogastric feeding, gastric tube insertion, or endoscopic spraying. This process aims to restore the dynamic balance of the gut microbiota to treat various intestinal diseases caused by gut microbiota dysbiosis.


The intestinal microbiota transplantation medical technology covered by this cooperation between the two parties includes, but is not limited to, the intestinal microbiota transplantation products selected by Xbiome Co. Ltd. through donor screening and management, microbiota extraction and preparation, and a certain algorithm-based donor-recipient matching. The above products are limited to clinical diagnosis and treatment, and do not include investigator-initiated clinical research or clinical trials aimed at drug registration and market approval for scientific research activities. In addition, both parties agree to sign an exclusive agency and distribution cooperation agreement to specify the terms of the above cooperation.
