2024March 8，Regor Therapeutics Announces Initiation of Phase II Clinical Trial for RGT-075, an Oral Small Molecule GLP-1 Receptor Agonist, in Obesity Treatment and Completion of First Patient Enrollment; Topline Data Expected to Be Reported in the Second Half of 2024.

This Phase II clinical trial enrolled approximately 69 obese patients with a BMI between 27-45. The treatment lasted for 12 weeks, with once-daily oral administration. The dosage was escalated over 6 weeks, followed by 6 weeks of maintenance therapy.
