Up to RMB 5 Billion Deal: Biotheus and Hansoh Pharma Expand Collaboration to Develop Bispecific Antibody-Drug Conjugate Targeting EGFR/cMet

Today (March 14th) evening, Biotheus Inc. and Hansoh Pharma jointly announced that the two parties have further expanded their strategic partnership based on the initial cooperation in 2022. Biotheus Inc. will grant Hansohn Pharma a license to use its self-developed...Anti-EGFR/cMet Bispecific AntibodyPM1080/HS-20117 for DevelopmentAntibody-Drug Conjugates (ADC)。

Under the license agreement, Hansoh Pharma will obtain an exclusive license from Biotheus Inc. to develop, manufacture, and commercialize PM1080/HS-20117 for ADC products globally, with the right to further sublicense. Biotheus Inc. will receive an upfront payment from Hansoh Pharma and potential milestone payments based on the development, registration, and sales-based commercialization of ADC products.No more than 5 billion RMB in total, as well as tiered royalties based on global net sales.

PM1080/HS-20117 is a1+1 Heterodimeric Structure of EGFR/cMet Bispecific Antibody, which specifically targets tumor antigens EGFR and cMet to inhibit tumor growth and survival, is currently in Phase 1 clinical trials.
