Recently, the IQVIA Real-World Research Team and Takeda China Digital Technology Team visited the Tianjin Health Medical Big Data Industrial Base of Inspur Group to participate in digital healthcare exchanges, focusing on the application of big data in the health industry and artificial intelligence modeling topics. This meeting also represents another in-depth cooperative exchange following the signing of a strategic cooperation memorandum between IQVIA and Takeda China during the 2023 CIIE.
Strengthening the research on the application of big data and artificial intelligence in the health industry helps to build a smarter and more efficient medical service system. This event also received strong support from Inspur, with all parties jointly focusing on the cooperation and development of algorithms for rare disease screening and diagnosis.
During the meeting, Takeda China's Digital Technology Team shared their strategic planning and layout in the field of rare disease treatment and digitalization. IQVIA's Real-World Research Team shared their past experiences in big data governance applications and artificial intelligence in disease diagnosis and prognosis. All parties conducted an in-depth discussion on the next steps of the cooperation plan, focusing on solving operational difficulties and implementing pilot project plans. The three parties present at the meeting will further strengthen their cooperation to advance project implementation and other matters, jointly writing a new chapter in digital healthcare.
At the end of 2023, IQVIA and Takeda China signed a strategic cooperation memorandum in Shanghai, with both parties continuing to advance key matters such as project implementation, regulatory compliance, plan formulation, and cooperation timeline planning. It is planned to ensure the feasibility and effectiveness of the project through small-scale pilots in 2024, while actively exploring subsequent cooperation pathways. In the future, with the support of digital technology, both parties will bring revolutionary improvements to the screening, diagnosis, and patient management of rare diseases, offering more patients blessings and hope.
At the beginning of 2024, IQVIA and Inspur signed a multi-faceted strategic cooperation agreement aimed at providing enterprise customers with more comprehensive and efficient data management and application solutions. This collaboration will combine the professional technologies and resources of both companies to offer enterprise customers more advanced, intelligent, and forward-looking solutions, supporting enterprises in achieving successful practices in digital transformation and data-driven business operations. As part of this cooperation, the two parties will jointly develop and promote a new generation of big data governance tools, utilizing advanced algorithms and data analysis capabilities of modeling technology to help enterprises better manage, analyze, and utilize massive amounts of data. This will enhance data quality, protect data privacy, standardize data governance, and further improve enterprises' competitiveness and innovation capabilities.
This tripartite cooperation is of great significance in terms of resource sharing, risk sharing, complementary advantages, innovation capabilities, and common development. It helps to promote the development and progress of all parties and better implement the artificial intelligence development goals outlined in the "Healthy China 2030 Plan Outline."
