An exploratory post-hoc subgroup analysis assessed patients by mismatch repair (MMR) status. In pMMR patientsThe median duration of response (DoR) in the Imfinzi plus Lynparza group was more than double that of the control group (18.7 months vs 7.6 months). Compared with the control group, the combination therapy group reduced the risk of second progression or death (PFS2) by 32% (not reached vs 19.5 months, HR 0.68; 95% confidence interval [CI] 0.48-0.95).
Regardless of MMR status, Imfinzi followed by Imfinzi monotherapy after combination with chemotherapy (Imfinzi group) also demonstrated consistent benefits; in mismatch repair-deficient (dMMR) patients,The greatest benefit was observed in all secondary endpoints:Control GroupObjective Response Rate (ORR)At 40.5%,DoRFor 10.5 months,Imfinzi GroupORR was 71.4%, DoR not reached.
In the overall trial population, results from the Lynparza and Imfinzi groups showed an extended ORR and DoR, along with sustained improvements in secondary endpoints, including overall survival (OS), time to first subsequent treatment (TFST), PFS2, and time to second subsequent treatment (TSST).
