March 26,Shandong Weigao Orthopaedic Device Co., Ltd. Releases Official Announcement, Appointing Ms. Chen Min as the New Chairman of the Board.

According to the 2023 annual report, Ms. Chen Min's resume is as follows:

Served Zimmer China from 1999 to 2007; served JohnsonDiversey Asia-Pacific Marketing Department from 2008 to 2009; served Johnson & Johnson Medical (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. from 2009 to 2023, holding positions such as Deputy Director of Orthopedic Professional Education and Marketing Services, Director of Joint Business in the Orthopedic Division, Director of Trauma Business in the Orthopedic Division, and various key management roles in the Ethicon Surgical Division. From 2018 to 2023, served as General Manager of the Orthopedic Division of Johnson & Johnson Medical (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. in China, responsible for business development strategy, innovative market growth, and product line management of the Orthopedic Division. Was one of the members of the Board of Directors of Johnson & Johnson Medical (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. in China, a member of the Asia-Pacific Orthopedic Leadership Team, and concurrently served as the Executive Director of the Advanced Medical Technology Association in China. Has been serving as Vice President of WEGO Group since March 2023. Since March 2024, has been serving as Chairman of WEGO ORTHO.
