Education Background:Bachelor's and Master's degrees from Nanjing University, Ph.D. from the University of Rochester, USA; studied under Professor David R. Williams, a member of the National Academy of Sciences and the National Academy of Engineering, and a world-renowned ophthalmology expert; Postdoctoral researcher and Associate Researcher at the Center for Visual Science, University of Rochester, USA.
Technical Achievements:Reached international leading levels in high-precision eye tracking, precise laser treatment, and adaptive optics retinal imaging technologies; an expert in ophthalmic optics and lasers, and a pioneer in the commercialization of cellular-level 3D retinal imaging. Participated in the development of U.S. laser safety standards; applied for over 80 patents (of which more than 30 have been granted), and published nearly 50 SCI papers and academic reports.
