Recently, according to the CDE official website,Qilu PharmaceuticalClass 1 New DrugQLC1101 CapsuleReceived implied permission for clinical trials, intended for advanced solid tumors carrying the KRAS G12D mutation. To date, Qilu Pharmaceutical has had 28 Class 1 new drugs applied for and approved for clinical trials.

The clinical trial application for this drug was accepted by the CDE on January 25, 2024, and received tacit approval for clinical trials on April 8, 2024. As of now, Qilu Pharmaceutical has declared and received clinical approval for 28 Class 1 anti-tumor new drugs.Among these new drugs, injectables account for the highest proportion, with biologics dominating, totaling 19; while small-molecule chemical drugs amount to 9.
