Metabolism-Enhanced CD19 CAR-T CellsIt is the first cell therapy drug developed based on Leman's internationally leading anti-T-cell exhaustion technology pioneered by Leman's founding R&D team. In February 2023, the product officially launched IIT clinical research at the First Affiliated Hospital of the University of Science and Technology of China for the treatment of patients with relapsed or refractory advanced CD19-positive hematological tumors.At this year's AACR conference, Leman Biotech Co., Ltd.'s Vice Director of R&DRen JingjingDr. [Name] reported the clinical research findings of the first group of enrolled patients to the attending experts and colleagues. To date, the two research centers have completed enrollment and treatment of over 20 patients with advanced stages, achieving a 100% complete remission rate, and all patients have been discharged. Notably, no severe CRS or other common CAR-T treatment-related side effects were observed in these patients.
