On April 17, Imbioray (Hangzhou) Biopharmaceutical Co., Ltd. announced that the first patient dosing was successfully completed in the Phase I clinical trial of IBR733 Cell Injection for treating Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML) at the First Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University. The infusion process went smoothly, and the patient's vital signs remained stable.
IBR733 Cell Injection is the first IND-approved clinical study worldwide for the indication of acute myeloid leukemia.CD33 and CLL1 Dual-Target Antibody-Conjugated NK Cell ProductIt uses imbioray's unique specific antibody CD33/CLL1, which targets tumor antigens, to chemically conjugate with NK cells through a linker. This is an off-the-shelf, universal NK cell product that does not involve viral vectors or genetic modification, offering high safety and potent tumor cell killing ability. The IBR733 cell injection has already been involved in several investigator-initiated clinical trials (IIT), achieving excellent results in both safety and efficacy.
The Phase I clinical trial of IBR733 cell injection is being conducted at renowned clinical research centers in China, including the First Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University, Ruijin Hospital affiliated with Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine, the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine, West China Hospital of Sichuan University, and Zhongda Hospital affiliated with Southeast University. Imbioray will closely collaborate with these research centers to actively advance the clinical development of IBR733, which is expected to bring new treatment options and survival hope to more patients with acute myeloid leukemia.
