About GC203
GC203 relies on Juncell Therapeutics' independently developed, world-leading DeepTIL.®Cell Enrichment and Expansion with NovaGMP®Developed through a gene modification technology platform, based on natural TIL cells, and using non-viral vector-mediated genetic engineering techniques to enable TIL cells to stably express membrane-bound, self-aggregating cytokine IL-7.
No need for lymphatic drainage, no need for IL-2 combination, treatment received in a general ward,Several patients with highly malignant gynecological tumors, who had failed multiple lines of treatment, experienced significant tumor reduction and long-term relief after receiving GC203 infusion therapy. Among them, two patients achieved complete tumor clearance, reaching CR efficacy.Currently, the IND application for GC203 has been accepted by the CDE and is expected to be approved shortly to enter the registration clinical trial.
