On April 28, Beijing Kerui Biological Technology Co., Ltd. (Kerui Bio) announced: Peking Union Medical College Hospital, Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences, is conducting a Phase I clinical study on the "Safety, Tolerability, and Preliminary Efficacy of CRTE7A2-01 TCR-T Cell Injection in Treating HPV16-positive, HLA-A*02:01-positive Advanced Solid Tumors (Cervical Cancer, Head and Neck Cancer, Anal Cancer, and Other Tumor Types)." The investigational drug is "CRTE7A2-01 TCR-T Cell Injection," which has not yet been approved for marketing by the National Medical Products Administration.This study has received the tacit approval for a new drug clinical trial (IND) from the Center for Drug Evaluation of the National Medical Products Administration., and has been approved by the Ethics Committee of Peking Union Medical College Hospital, now recruiting subjects from the public.

"CRTE7A2-01 TCR-T Cell Injection" is independently developed by Beijing Kerui Biological Technology Co., Ltd., and is mainly used for the treatment of HPV16-positive advanced cervical cancer, anal cancer, and head and neck tumors.Patient recruitment has currently been initiated.
