Hansoh Pharmaceutical (03692) Appoints Tan Sihui as Joint Company Secretary

Hansoh Pharma (03692) announced that Li Xinying has resigned as the company's joint company secretary and will no longer serve as the authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules, or as the authorized representative for accepting legal proceedings documents and notices in Hong Kong as stipulated in Rule 19.05(2) of the Listing Rules and Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong). The changes take effect from April 29, 2024.

Tan Sihui has been appointed as the Joint Company Secretary, effective from April 29, 2024.

Following the resignation of Li Xinying, she also ceased to serve as the Authorized Representative and Agent for Service of Process as of April 29, 2024. The Board announces that Tan Sihui, newly appointed as Joint Company Secretary, has been appointed as the Authorized Representative and Agent for Service of Process, effective from April 29, 2024. As of April 29, 2024, the Authorized Representatives and Agents for Service of Process are Sun Yuan and Tan Sihui.
