Beijing News (reporter Liu Xu) — On May 24, Medlander announced that it plans to pay 1.925 billion yuan using its own funds to acquire 55% of the equity in Nanjing Maidou Health Technology Co., Ltd. ("Maidou Health"). After the completion of this transaction, Maidou Health will become a holding subsidiary of Medlander and will be included in the consolidated financial statements.
Nanjing Maidou Health Technology Co., Ltd.'s business scope includes health management consulting; e-commerce; medical information consulting; research and development, production, sales, technical consulting, and technical services of medical devices and fitness equipment; development, sales, and technical services of computer software and hardware; sales of disinfection products, sports goods, electronic products, home appliances, electrical equipment, instruments, metal materials, chemical products, building materials, daily necessities, clothing and footwear, gaming equipment, toys, hardware and electrical appliances, personal care products, maternal and baby products, and health care products; electronic product leasing; self-operation and agency of import and export business of various goods and technologies (excluding goods and technologies restricted or prohibited by the state for company operation); training services for adults (excluding state-uniform accredited vocational certificate training).
Medlander mainly engages in the research, development, production, sales, and service of medical device products related to pelvic floor and obstetric rehabilitation. This transaction will promote the integration of both parties' advantageous resources and strengthen its industry position in the field of pelvic floor and obstetric rehabilitation.
