OriCAR-017 is a CAR-T cell therapy targeting GPRC5D, currentlyBeing conducted in both China and the United StatesRegister clinical trials.GPRC5D is a novel multiple myeloma (MM) target that is highly expressed on the surface of MM cells, non-malignant plasma cells, and some healthy tissues such as skin and tongue epithelial cells.

According to the conclusions drawn by researchers, the latest data indicates that OriCAR-017 demonstrates deep and durable efficacy responses in R/R MM patients, including those refractory to anti-CD38, PIs, IMiDs, as well as those who have failed BCMA CAR-T therapy, with a favorable safety profile. Long-term efficacy and safety follow-up results suggest that OriCAR-017 holds promise as an effective treatment option for R/R MM patients.
