On May 27, according to the CDE Clinical Trial Registration and Information Disclosure Platform, Daiichi Sankyo/AstraZeneca(AZN.US) has registered and initiated a new Phase III clinical trial, TROPION-Lung14, investigating Dato-DXd (DS-1062a/Derdartuximab) in combination with Osimertinib as a first-line treatment for patients with EGFR mutation-positive locally advanced or metastatic NSCLC (Registration Number: CTR20241813).

In addition, Daiichi Sankyo/AstraZeneca has registered and initiated a Phase III clinical trial, TROPION-Lung15 (Registration No.: NCT06417814), on the ClinicalTrials.gov platform to evaluate Dato-DXd combined with Osimertinib as a second-line treatment for EGFR-mutated non-squamous NSCLC. The trial plans to enroll 630 participants, with the first participant expected to be enrolled by August this year.
