Union Medical Bought 60% of Stock From Prime Inspire Limited

According to Sina News, on June 16, 2019, Union Medical’s wholly-owned subsidiary Team Expert Union Medical Investment Limited entered into a sale and purchase agreement with Prime Inspire Limited’s 3 shareholders. Team Expert Investment will acquire 60 % of the issued share capital from Prime Inspire Limited for a total of 25.2 million HKD.

Founded in 2005, Union Medical is principally engaged in medical and healthcare services and is currently a provider of medical and healthcare services. The Directors believe that the Acquisition will improve the Group's marketing efforts and will further enhance its effectiveness. The acquisition will improve the Group's performance and shareholder returns.
