According to the agreement, 3SBio Mandy will pay Hybio Pharmaceutical milestone payments (≤RMB 270 million), exclusive procurement prices, and approximately double-digit sales royalties.

(Party A), recently signed a "Cooperation Agreement" with SPH KDL HEALTH (SHANGHAI) Medicine Co., Ltd. (Party B) regarding business cooperation matters for the company's Alzheimer's disease (AD) blood test products.
 

The announcement shows that the two parties aim to strengthen the cooperation on Party A's blood test products for Alzheimer's disease (AD). The cooperation includes promoting academic education and clinical application in certain provinces and cities in China, creating a "pharmaceutical-device collaboration" commercial promotion model to achieve a win-win situation for both parties. It also involves promoting screening projects for Party A's AD blood test products in some provinces and cities in China to increase product coverage and market influence, supporting the early detection, diagnosis, and treatment of Alzheimer's disease. Additionally, the two parties will cooperate on testing products for respiratory pathogens and other conditions within the agreed provinces and cities, focusing on clinical pain points to improve precise clinical diagnostic capabilities. The cooperation period is two years.
