NL003 Phase III Clinical Trial Divided into Two Protocols: Rest Pain and Ulcer. The rest pain trial planned to enroll 300 cases, with an actual enrollment of 302 cases; the ulcer trial planned to enroll 240 cases, with an actual enrollment of 242 cases. The ulcer trial was the first to complete unblinding in February 2024 and announced the primary data, which met expectations. Northland is actively preparing the New Drug Application (NDA) submission materials for the ulcer indication, striving to complete the relevant submission work as soon as possible.

NL003 is a gene therapy drug independently developed by Northland, classified as a Class 1 therapeutic biological product, and is a project supported by the national "Major New Drug Creation" special program. The company will continue to complete the series of work after the group release quickly and with high quality, adhering to a scientifically rigorous attitude. We look forward to NL003 being approved for marketing as soon as possible to fill the unmet medical needs in this field and provide more and better treatment options for patients with related diseases.
