Gelonghui June 20th | Gilead Sciences, Inc. stated that a late-stage study showed its injectable drug Lenacapavir demonstrated superior efficacy in preventing HIV infection in women compared to the company's existing daily pill, Truvada. The company noted that Lenacapavir was well-tolerated, with no significant or new safety issues arising during the study, and added that more detailed data would be released at future conferences.
