AmoyDx Announces Companion Diagnostic Collaboration with Servier for Vorasidenib in IDH-Mutant Glioma

Amoy Diagnostics Co. LTD. announced that recently, the company signed a companion diagnostic cooperation agreement with LES LABORATOIRES SERVIER ("Servier"). The companion diagnostic product independently developed by the company for its next-generation sequencing (NGS) platform is used to detect isocitrate dehydrogenase (IDH) 1 and 2 gene mutations; this companion diagnostic product will be used for Servier's investigational new drug vorasidenib, a dual inhibitor of mutant isocitrate dehydrogenase 1 and 2 (IDH1 and IDH2), which is expected to be used for treating Chinese patients with IDH-mutant diffuse glioma (LGG) after approval.
