The selection activity for the "Top 100 List of Innovative Chinese Biomedical Enterprises in 2023" was hosted by Menet, covering the entire year of 2023. Based on the "Enterprise Innovation Capability Evaluation Index System" from the Ministry of Science and Technology and combined with the characteristics of China's biomedical industry, the evaluation system was built using four major dimensions— "innovation investment," "innovation output," "intellectual property," and "innovation-driven"—and eleven indicators. The assessment integrated enterprise annual reports, CDE review data, third-party patent statistics agencies, and publicly available data.
