On June 30, Radionetics Oncology announced that it has reached a strategic cooperation with Eli Lilly and Company to jointlyAdvance Small-Molecule Radiopharmaceuticals Targeting GPCRs.

According to the terms of the agreement, Radionetics Oncology, Inc. received a $140 million upfront payment. As part of the strategic collaboration,Eli Lilly also has an exclusive option to acquire Radionetics for $1 billion in the future.
