Hello!
CurrentlyZhejiang Huahai Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. Subsidiary, Shanghai Huaota Biopharmaceutical Co., Ltd.As the sponsor, we are conducting a clinical study across China: "An Open-label, Multi-center Phase Ib/II Clinical Study of HB0025 Injection Combined with Chemotherapy for the Safety, Tolerability, and Preliminary Efficacy in Subjects with Advanced Solid Tumors". The investigational drug is a novel bispecific biologic. This study mainly aims to evaluate the anti-tumor efficacy of HB0025 injection combined with chemotherapy in subjects with advanced tumors.
The study is being conducted at approximately 15 hospitals across China with relevant clinical research qualifications. Professor Cai-Cun Zhou serves as the principal investigator of the leading organization.
If you meet all the following conditions and are willing to participate in this clinical study, please contact the research hospital:
Able to provide informed consent and comply with the study procedure requirements;
Aged 18~75 years (including 18 and 75 years);
Non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer or squamous non-small cell lung cancer confirmed by histology or cytology, without EGFR-sensitive mutations, ALK fusion gene-sensitive mutations, and no prior systemic chemotherapy; for squamous non-small cell lung cancer, it needs to be classified as non-central type, with no large blood vessels surrounding the tumor, and no history of hemoptysis.
Not suitable for surgical resection, recurrence, metastasis, locally advanced;
At least one measurable tumor lesion;
Expected survival time is at least 3 months;
Baseline imaging assessment can be performed within 21 days prior to the first dose; good physical condition; organ and hematopoietic functions meet the trial requirements.
