This study is a first-in-human clinical trial of a universal B7H3 CAR-γδ T cell (QH104) therapy for recurrent glioblastoma (rGBM), led by Professor Huang Yulun from the Department of Neurosurgery at Dushu Lake Hospital, affiliated with Soochow University. The primary objective of this study is to evaluate the safety and tolerability of intrathecal infusion of QH104 in treating B7H3-positive rGBM, while the secondary objectives are to assess the pharmacokinetic profile and preliminary efficacy of the infused cells. The results indicate that QH104 demonstrates favorable safety, and the observed clinical benefits in the rGBM patient population support further clinical development.
