According to the terms of the agreement, Suzhou Auzone Biological Technology Co., Ltd. will receive an upfront payment of RMB 100 million and milestone payments for development, registration, and sales of up to RMB 1.185 billion.Edaravone is an antioxidant stress neuroprotective agent. TTYP01 tablets, independently developed by Suzhou Auzone Biological Technology Co., Ltd., are a modified oral tablet formulation. CStone Pharmaceuticals will continue to retain the rights to research, register, manufacture, and distribute Avapritinib Tablets in mainland China. According to the terms of the agreement, CStone Pharmaceuticals will receive an upfront payment of 35 million RMB.R&D personnel at work. CStone PharmaceuticalsAvapritinib has been approved in China for the treatment of certain adult patients with gastrointestinal stromal tumors. The product was co-developed by CStone Pharmaceuticals and Blueprint Medicines. Through a collaboration, CStone Pharmaceuticals previously obtained exclusive development and commercialization rights for the product in Greater China.Collaborating Companies: Innovent Bio and IASO BioAuthorized Product: Equecabtagene Autoleucel InjectionOn July 5, IASO Bio and Innovent Bio jointly announced that they had signed a series of cooperation agreements. According to the terms of the agreement, IASO Bio will obtain the global market commercialization rights for the injectable Ixazomib, and will independently be responsible for and make decisions regarding the product's development, production, and sales.Idecabtagene Vicleucel Injection is a CAR-T drug that has been approved by the National Medical Products Administration (NMPA) for marketing in China to treat multiple myeloma. In 2024, its Investigational New Drug (IND) application for treating refractory generalized myasthenia gravis and other autoimmune diseases was also approved in both China and the United States.
