Servier announces U.S. approval of Voranigo (vorasidenib) for the treatment of patients with susceptible mutations after surgery.IDH1OrIDH2Adult and pediatric patients aged 12 years and older with mutant grade 2 astrocytoma or oligodendroglioma.
Voranigo is the first systemic therapy approved by the FDA for the treatment of the aforementioned patients.

Vorasidenib is an orally available, brain-penetrant, and selective dual inhibitor that targets mutant IDH1/2 proteins. IDH1 and IDH2 are crucial targets in cancer treatment through the modulation of tumor metabolic pathways. Patients with glioma can effectively manage their condition by taking a single pill once daily.
