AMT-676 is an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) targeting CDH17, used for treating patients with advanced solid tumors. Currently, the Phase 1 clinical study of AMT-676 for advanced solid tumor patients has been initiated in Australia.

In this project, Asymchem Biologics, as a strategic partner of Puzhong Discovery Pharmaceutical Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., assisted AMT-676 in obtaining CDE clinical approval, which is a milestone! In the future, Asymchem Biologics will continue to collaborate with Puzhong Discovery to advance clinical trials and bring AMT-676 to patients in need as soon as possible.
