On September 12, the 2024 China International Fair for Trade in Services, themed "Global Services, Mutual Benefits and Shared Prosperity," grandly opened in Beijing. The "Specialized, Refined, and Innovative Leadership: Building the Future Together" themed exhibition area, organized by the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Economy and Information Technology, appeared at the ICT Special Exhibition Hall of Shougang International Convention Center, showcasing the development direction of Beijing's future industries.Beijing Yimiao Shenzhou Medical Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Yimiao Shenzhou"), a specialized and innovative representative enterprise in the field of cell therapy and regenerative medicine within Beijing's six major future industries in the future health sector, participated in this exhibition.
During the exhibition, the booth of Beijing Yimiaoshenzhou Medical Techology Co., Ltd. became a hot topic among attendees, with important media outlets such as Beijing Daily and Beijing Youth Daily publishing reports. Tang Wenhong, Assistant Minister of Commerce, Yang Jingguo, Director of the SMEs Department of Beijing Municipal Bureau of Economy and Information Technology, and other leaders also visited the company’s booth. The staff at the booth provided detailed introductions about the company's development history, core technologies, R&D progress, and key products. They also encouraged the company on-site to accelerate its R&D efforts and promote the early market launch of domestically developed CAR-T products, thereby benefiting a wide range of cancer patients.
Leadership On-site Visit
At this exhibition, Beijing Yimiaoshenzhou Medical Techology Co., Ltd. showcased two core CAR-T cell therapy products, IM19 and IM96, making a stunning appearance.
IM19, the first CAR-T cell product independently developed by Beijing Yimiaoshenzhou Medical Technology Co., Ltd., has obtained clinical trial approvals for three indications. The product’s first indication has completed Phase II clinical trials with positive efficacy and safety data. A New Drug Application is expected to be submitted in the fourth quarter of 2024, and upon approval, it will effectively fill the market gap for domestically produced CAR-T products in the lymphoma indication in China.
IM96 is a next-generation CAR-T cell product for the treatment of metastatic colorectal cancer. It was previously selected for presentation as an oral report at two international oncology academic conferences and, in July 2024, an IND application was submitted and accepted. It is set to become the first CAR-T cell drug in China to enter the clinical stage for the treatment of metastatic colorectal cancer.
