"2024 China Disruptive Technology Innovation Competition" is jointly organized by the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei National Center for Technological Innovation, Shanghai Disruptive Technology Innovation Center, Guangzhou Disruptive Technology Innovation Center, Huangpu Innovation Academy, Wuhan Disruptive Technology Innovation Center, and others. This competition adopts a new "Olympic Games"-style format of "self-organized + league." "Self-organized" refers to the extensive solicitation of projects and tiered selection for the finals, while "league" involves 13 renowned national competitions recommending outstanding winning projects to directly enter the finals. Approximately 1,400 projects will compete in four divisions—Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, and Wuhan—across various fields. The competition will award 10 Excellence Prizes, 11 Merit Prizes, and 54 Victory Prizes.
Recently,NEUREGENThe project "A Novel Gene Therapy Technology Platform Based on In-situ Transdifferentiation Technology" in collaboration with Zhongnan Hospital of Wuhan University has won the Excellence Award in the "2024 China Disruptive Technology Innovation Competition" through层层selection, demonstrating strong innovative capabilities.

Meanwhile, with the full support of Zhongnan Hospital of Wuhan University, the IIT clinical trial of NEUREGEN's NRG-103 project, based on this award-winning technology, has been approved to initiate.
NEUREGEN is a biotechnology company aimed at developing novel gene therapy drugs by utilizing its proprietary in situ transdifferentiation technology.
Centered on the cell in-situ transdifferentiation technology, NEUREGEN has built a novel gene therapy drug development platform that includes key technologies such as the screening of transdifferentiation factors, design of viral and non-viral vectors, and the development of in vivo and in vitro pharmacodynamic methods.
