Recently, Innovecbio's IVB103 injection has received clinical approval from the Center for Drug Evaluation (CDE) of the National Medical Products Administration.Treatment of Neovascular Age-Related Macular Degeneration (nAMD)。

IVB103 Injection is a gene therapy candidate drug for nAMD that can be administered intravitreally, developed based on Innovecbio's independently researched and developed novel vector. Preclinical data shows that IVB103 surpasses similar advanced products currently under research internationally, demonstrating "best in class" potential.

In July this year, IVB103 Injection received the FDA's New Drug Clinical Trial (IND) approval. This is reported to be the first IND approval granted by the FDA for the new vector development project.
